Meet Josh (Junior) & Kylie Humphrey. (our family vision)

 The Humphrey family exists to love God wholeheartedly, and strive to daily grow and trust in Him. 

- We will always seek God in prayer and through His Word. We will be led by the Holy Spirit and the example of Jesus. We will serve God with our time, talents, and treasures. 

- We will serve others by offering our help, our home, and our hope in Jesus. As a family, we will be intentional and relational, and prioritize the time we have been given to spend together. 

- We will encourage each other in the pursuit of our passions and commitment to our callings. We will challenge each other with accountability and growth, and always share truth in love. 

- We will love God wholeheartedly, each other intentionally, and everyone unconditionally.

 Junior felt that his passion for the outdoors as well was a great way to live this out. He has over the years, with a strong support from his beautiful family, gained knowledge and skills that supports this passion and dream.  Just to list a little below…

 * Survival training/experience, Catastrophe & practical ingenuity training, certified firefighter, I served on the department for about 9 yrs volunteer, and have worked some with/for wilderness search and rescue, I am a NREMT,  Wilderness EMT (WEMT), Aquatic First Responder (AFR), Advanced rappel certification - Rescue rappel certification - Industrial rappel certification - Commercial rappel certification - Tactical rappel certification -Climbing certification, Rappel Master Instructor, BLS instructor,  First Aid/CPR/AED instructor,  Wilderness First Aid Instructor , F.E.M.A certifications/ N.I.M.B.S. 100, 200, 700, 800.  Certified amateur radio operator (KN4BKD), hiking and team leading experience, trained in emergency camp-sight prep and setup / also leave no trace camping, speaking, teaching, & mentoring experience , trained in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (T.C.I.), Certified in outdoor education, Trip itinerary, and more…

With that back ground and an amazing team of highly skilled and knowledgable leaders, and his invaluable Co founders (which are also family), together they are growing this Training Center / Network called W.I.L.D Wilderness Integrated Leadership Development, LLC. As stated on a previous page…

This team is a special team of professionals comprised of experienced SAR & Medical Personnel, Rescue Specialists, Rappel Master Instructors and Rope Rescue Technicians ….also Wilderness First Responders, Wilderness EMTs, Medical Doctors, Bush crafters, Survivalists, Trackers, Diver’s, Amateur Radios Operators and many more specialists.  Along with our administrative staff. We exist not only to teach, train and show others the love of Jesus..but also to help assist in any situation, anywhere as we are needed and simply add value to people. Back up gear, knowledge, extra resources and communication is/are also available with our team's deployment.

In conclusion the Humphrey’s & Family love this team, dream, and mission... and believe  that their faith in and relationship with Jesus has got them here and will be the sustainment of this vision.
